Appointments
You are welcomed to book an appointment for a full set of eyelash extensions either by telephone or the internet. A credit card will be required to schedule and hold an appointment for your first full set. We require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice, otherwise your account will be charged part of the value of the appointment. Please try to arrive at least ten minutes early for your appointment as it will afford your technician the opportunity to assist you in deciding upon which looks and services may be appropriate for your lifestyle. If you are going to be arriving late, please call the studio to inform your stylist so that she can accommodate you and her next scheduled client. For our other services, walk-ins are accepted.
Service Disclaimer
All service results are temporary. The amount of time lashes, waxes, and makeup remain in good condition depend upon your skin and hair growth as well as your at home maintainance. Please ask your technician for proper aftercare instructions, and advice on products to allow the services to last up to the longest possible period of time
Refunds/Exchanges
All About The Look asks all guest to sign in upon arrival and requires all new clients to fill out a questionnaire and waiver. This allows your technician to be able to foresee any possible issues that might arise during or after your service, therefore we do not give refunds to clients who have had services. We offer a sensitive adhesive with low fumes to avoid irritation for those with delicate eyes and we ask that you remove contact lenses prior to service. Allergic reactions rarely occur and are usually a result of seasonal allergies or improper at-home-care. If you suffer from a reaction to the extensions it will happen within the first 24 hours after the application. Please call during business hours and we will gently remove the extensions. And as always we will do our best to accommodate and comfort you. Aftercare products may be exchanged for other aftercare products provided that they have not been opened or used after the initial purchase, however cosmetics will not be returned or refunded.
Eyelash extensions are considered a spa service and can be a great opportunity to get some relaxation and bliss. Because our services can often take anywhere from 30-120 minutes, it is best to come by yourself. If your children accompany you for any of our services, please be attentive to their safety as well as their impact on the comfort and pampering of you and others.

As a courtesy we offer free WIFI so that you may use the web while you wait for your technician to serve you; however, eyelash extensions can take up to two hours to apply a full set. During your service you cannot relax while you're answering phones, text messages or emails. Our clients often take this opportunity to relax and get some rest. We at All About The Look like to take this into consideration; therefore, we ask that you turn off the volume on your cell phones and enjoy your services.
